There is no school on Tuesday, May 17th due to elections. Students return on Wednesday, May 18th.
Best of luck to our 8th Grade Seminar students who are going to the Best of PA 2022 Awards Event of the What’s So Cool About Manufacturing? competition on Wednesday. Their video won the Outstanding Creativity award at the Lehigh Valley competition, and they were selected to compete at the State level. We are Northeast PROUD!
We only have 3 full weeks left for the school year. Please make sure to encourage your child to complete their assignments and stay up to date. Reminder, you can check your child’s progress at any time through Schoology. Should you need assistance or have any questions, please contact the office or your child’s guidance counselor.
Planet Fitness on Stefko Boulevard is offering a summer special for all Northeast students. Student’s ages 13-15 can attend for free from May 16 through August 30, 2022. A parent/legal guardian must accompany the student to registration and sign a waiver. Students must present their Northeast ID badge. Please see Mr. McCormack with any questions.
The 8th grade farewell dance “A Night for Stars” will be held on Friday, May 20th. Doors open and dinner begins at 6pm. Dancing from 7-9pm.
On Monday, June 6th there will be an end of year culminating activity. It will be streamed for families to watch at home. More details to follow.
