There is no school tomorrow, May 30th due to Memorial Day. Students return to school on Tuesday, May 31st.
The Northeast Marching Band will be participating in the annual Bethlehem Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony on Monday, May 30. The parade begins at the front of Liberty High School at 9am, and the ceremony begins at Memorial Park Cemetery as soon as the parade concludes. The cemetery is across the street from Bethlehem Central Catholic High School.
Planet Fitness on Stefko Boulevard is offering a summer special for all Northeast students. Student’s ages 13-15 can attend for free from May 16 through August 30, 2022. A parent/legal guardian must accompany the student to registration and sign a waiver. Students must present their Northeast ID badge. Please see Mr. McCormack with any questions.
On Monday, June 6th there will be an end of year culminating activity from 1:20pm-2:40pm. It will be streamed for families to watch at home. The link will be posted on the Northeast website.
Our free breakfast and lunch program for everyone will end at the end of this school year. Please be on the lookout at the beginning of the next school year for information from Dining Services on how to apply for free or reduced breakfast/lunch for the 2022-2023 school year.
BASD is offering free sports physicals for students that will be participating in fall sports for next school year. The physicals will be held from 5pm – 8pm on Tuesday, June 7th at Liberty HS in the Auxiliary gym and from 5pm – 8pm Thursday, June 2 at Freedom HS in the Main Gym.
