AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS: WEDNESDAYS: True Colors, Chess Club, Baseball Club, Girls Flag Football, Knitting Club. Students who remain after school for any after-school program including sports must report directly to your practice, club or rehearsal directly after school. You may not leave the building and then come back into school. You will not be permitted to come back in the school once you leave. Once your after-school program is over, you must leave the building. You may not go to your locker or anywhere else in the building, so please be sure you have everything you need to go home before reporting to your activity. No student is allowed to remain in the building unsupervised.
AFTER SCHOOL VOCAL GROUPS: Wednesday, November 15th until 4 PM (please note the time change) will be Girls Group. Thursday, November 16th until 4:30 will be Boys Group. Friday, November 17th until 4 PM (please note this change) will be Northeast Singers.
MUSICAL: Saturday, November 18th will be a rehearsal for all cast of The Little Mermaid from 9-11 AM.
WORLD PERCUSSION: There is a practice after school on Thursday. Please be there, we only have two more Thursday practices until the concert!
DANCE & STEP TEAM: Dance practice Tuesday after school. Step practice Wednesday after school.
FOOTBALL: 8th Grade Football Players will be allowed to attend a meeting with Coach Cody, and the head Liberty Football Coach in the afternoon on Thursday. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Terry or Mr. Spieker. Also, Attention 7th and 8th Grade Football Players. There will be a Equipment Inventory & Additional Returns after schoool with Coach Cody this Thursday. Please bring any last items, jerseys washed, and gear to hand in. Thursday, November 16, 2023 It willl be from 3:05 PM – 4:05 PM
BOYS BASKETBALL: Thursday will be Open Gym in the Main Gym for Boys Basketball. Please have appropriate sneakers and basketball clothes to play.
GIRLS BASKETBALL: Attention Lady Hornets, today there will be the 2nd day of Open gym for Girls Basketball. Please please attend. It will be for one hour after school today. Please bring sneakers and appropriate clothes to play If you have any questions, please see Coach Schaffrick or Coach Weaver. Girls Basketball Tryouts will be officially be on Friday after school. Please make sure you have a ReCert or a Sports Physical completed by then.
SPIRITWEAR: NORTHEAST MS SPIRITWEAR 2023 IS NOW OPEN! FIND ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PICKED OUT SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR TEAM. THERE IS ALSO SPIRITWEAR AVAILABLE FOR YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. ASK YOUR HR TEACHER FOR DETAILS OR FIND ONE OF THE FLIERS HANGING AROUND THE SCHOOL WITH A QR CODE.
FOOD DRIVE: DON’T FORGET TO GIVE BACK THIS HOLIDAY SEASON! STUDENT LIGHTHOUSE IS RUNNING THE SCHOOL WIDE FOOD DRIVE FOR THANKSGIVING! BE SURE TO CHECK THE ITEMS ON THE LIST AND DONATE WHAT YOU CAN TO YOUR HOMEROOM! THE HOMEROOM THAT BRINGS THE MOST ITEMS WILL RECEIVE A REWARD! ALL ITEMS ARE DUE BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2023!
