Hello Freedom Athletes and Parents.
We are offering PIAA/BASD physicals online for the 2025-26 school year.
Physicals must be completed online and approved by July 30th (football, golf) to be eligible for the first practice on Aug. 4th; and on Aug. 6th (cheer, cross country, field hockey, soccer, tennis, volleyball) to be eligible for the first practice on Aug. 11th.
Student-athletes who plan to play a winter or spring sport may complete physicals during the summer or fall months, as long as the physical form is dated May 1, 2025 or later.
Free physicals, offered by St. Luke’s, will be held in the main gym at Freedom HS on Wednesday, May 28th.
