Sports Physicals

Sports physicals for the 2025-26 winter season must be completed online and approved by our athletic trainers by Wednesday, 11/12 for the first official practices on 11/14.
Student-athletes who played a fall sport must complete the recertification form (Section 7) online by Wednesday, 11/12 to be eligible to practice for a winter sport.

Free physicals, sponsored by St. Luke’s, will be offered on Wednesday, 10/29 in the Joseph J. McIntyre Gymnasium. Please see the attached packet for registration information.
